What's new

- Added separate config options to disable the loading indicator and custom “Preparing for world creation” screen across all supported versions.
- Disabling these visuals preserves the original screen/background and font rendering while keeping optimizations enabled.
- Added TMRV compatibility on NeoForge 1.21.1 and verified coexistence on Forge 1.20.1. TMRV requires EMI and replaces JEI.
