Smithing Progression

The changes include:

• Vine fiber drops: ordinary, weeping and twisting vines, including their growing and body sections.
• Modded vine support: recognizes compatible vine classes and common vine tags. Other plants can be added through the existing Fiber plant eligibility config.
• Enhanced Falling Trees support: leaves processed by its completed-tree loot routine now receive the usual fiber chance.
• Existing safeguards: shears, Silk Touch and Creative remain excluded. Returning a replantable vine item prevents an additional fiber drop, and normal leaf breaking receives only one fiber roll.
