* **Fixed Dedicated Server Crash:** Resolved an issue where client-only classes (`net.minecraft.client.Options` / key mappings) were inadvertently loaded on dedicated servers, causing crashes on server startup.
* **Isolated Client Events:** Key mapping registrations and UI components are now strictly restricted to the client side.
* **Modernized Config Path Handling:** Updated config folder resolution to use `FMLPaths.CONFIGDIR`, ensuring full compatibility across both singleplayer and dedicated server environments.
