Smarter Animals

Smarter Animals makes the Minecraft world feel more alive by giving friendly mobs the ability to learn from their experiences with the player.

The more animals you kill, the more the remaining members of that species will learn to fear you. Hunting becomes more challenging, forcing you to think strategically instead of simply walking up to them.

Features

Pack Survival Instincts
When one animal is hurt or killed in front of nearby members of its group, the others will panic and flee.

Growing Fear
The more animals of a certain species you kill, the more fearful that species becomes of you.

Fear of Weapons
Once you have killed enough animals of a species, nearby animals of that species may run away when you approach them holding a sword.

Increasing Challenge
The more you hunt a particular species, the harder it becomes to hunt them. Animals become increasingly cautious, making every hunt more challenging.

Hunt Smarter

With Smarter Animals, animals are no longer easy targets. Your actions have consequences, and the creatures around you will learn to be wary of you.
