⛏ Smart Obsidian Tools

Tired of mining one block at a time? Smart Obsidian Tools adds two powerful obsidian tools to your game: a pickaxe and a shovel, both capable of mining a full 3×3 area in a single swing.

✦ Features

• Obsidian Pickaxe — Mines a 3×3 area of any pickaxe-mineable block (stone, ore, deepslate...)
• Obsidian Shovel — Digs a 3×3 area of any shovel-mineable block (dirt, sand, gravel...)
• Smart detection — The 3×3 effect only triggers if the target block is actually mineable by the tool. No accidental breaking.
• Toggle mode — Hold your configurable keybind (default: Left Shift) to temporarily switch back to normal 1×1 mining. The key can be rebound freely in Options → Controls.
• Direction-aware — Mining adapts to whether you are looking horizontally, up, or down.

✦ Crafting

Both tools are crafted with obsidian and obsidian sticks. Recipes are available in-game via your favourite recipe viewer (JEI, REI...).

✅ Block harvest tier changed from Netherite to Iron
✅ Efficiency increased from 7 to 8
✅ Attack damage increased from 4 to 5
✅ Rarity changed from Rare to Uncommon
✅ Pickaxe durability increased to 2031 uses (same as Netherite)
