The Tome of Forbidden Knowledge
This powerful item is the key to unlocking the mod's full potential.

Hold it in your off-hand while using an anvil to remove the "Too Expensive!" limit.
It also allows you to combine incompatible enchantments, like Sharpness and Smite, on the same item.
Be warned: reading the tome or even holding it for too long has severe consequences.

New Enchantments

Heavy Attack: A right-click ability that grants a temporary damage boost at the cost of disabling your other enchantments.
Arrow Deflection: Deflect projectiles by sneaking with your weapon drawn.
Possession: Binds a weapon to its first user. No one else can wield it.
Holy Blessing: Passively grants regeneration and clears negative effects.
Energy: Grants a temporary speed boost that eventually turns into exhaustion.
Quick Draw: Grants a brief moment of Haste when you switch to the weapon.
And several rare, treasure-only enchantments with powerful, hidden effects like UNKNOWN and the unstable Error 785A.

Vanilla Changes
Vanilla enchantments can now reach higher levels:

Sharpness: up to level 10
Protection: up to level 10
Smite: up to level 8
Unbreaking: up to level 7
Knockback: up to level 9
Mending: up to level 5
