NeoForge 1.21.1 port of the Forge 1.20.1 mod. Behaviour, config keys and commands are unchanged.

• Build moved from ForgeGradle to ModDevGradle (net.neoforged.moddev), Java 21.
• ForgeConfigSpec replaced by ModConfigSpec, MinecraftForge.EVENT_BUS by NeoForge.EVENT_BUS, and the mod constructor now receives the ModContainer used to register the server config.
• META-INF/mods.toml replaced by a templated META-INF/neoforge.mods.toml.
• Mixin refmap dropped: NeoForge runs on official mappings in dev and production.
• Both mixin targets checked against 1.21.1 sources: DedicatedPlayerList#canBypassPlayerLimit and the single List#size() call in PlayerList#canPlayerLogin are still present and unchanged.

• META-INF/mods.toml remplacé par un META-INF/neoforge.mods.toml templaté.
• Refmap Mixin supprimée : NeoForge tourne sur les mappings officiels en dev comme en production.
• Les deux cibles de mixin ont été vérifiées sur les sources 1.21.1 : DedicatedPlayerList#canBypassPlayerLimit et l'unique appel List#size() dans PlayerList#canPlayerLogin existent toujours à l'identique.
