English release notes

• Initial release for Minecraft 26.2 using Fabric Loader; Fabric API is required.
• Verified F9 mode switching between Off, Chunks, and Candidates.
• Chunks mode displays nearby slime chunks; Candidates mode scans spawn candidates in the current chunk only.
• Verified integrated-seed and vanilla spawn-condition filtering through Y=39, HUD progress, and safe clearing when leaving the supported session.
• Validation covers singleplayer Overworld client sessions only; multiplayer and non-Overworld sessions are intentionally disabled.
