Slime Block Backport

Backport of Slime Blocks from later versions. You can bounce on them, they can stick other blocks to themselves and you can move this unit with Pistons.

Also adds Potion of Oozing, which uses the Slime Block as the ingredient, its effect spawns two medium Slimes when a mob affected by it is killed. This part of the mod can be disabled by the config.
