Sliced!

First build for 1.12.2

• Slicing knife now able to be sharpened by the Sharpening stone when dull (durability 0/100)
• Apples sliced into 6 (down from 8) in an attempt to be a bit more balanced.
• I still don't entirely understand version numbers

Things to work on:

• Lower damage of slicing knife against mobs
• Figure out why slicing knife no longer attempts to harvest blocks
• Add "Uses remaining: " to the tooltip of the slicing knife and sharpening stone (as soon as I figure out how).

The mod seems stable so far. If no one manages to find a crash within a month or so I'll probably push to a release (assuming people have downloaded it).
