Improvements:
- Overall the performance in loading, rendering and saveing slabs was improved.
- "SlabsUpdate" now works incredible well with DistantHorizon
Bugfixes:
- Fixed a heavy bug with kelp, which was able to grow over the normal surface of water and generated HalfspaceWater itselfe.
- Fixed some short-shown rederbugs while breaking Slabs or HalfspaceBlocks under water.
