Slabbed 0.6.9-alpha+26.2-26.3

For Minecraft 26.2 and 26.3 on Fabric. Requires Fabric API and Java 25.

FIXED

• Jumping from a bottom slab and placing a block beneath yourself now works once you have cleared the block's lowered body. Placement still refuses a body that overlaps the player or another entity. Thanks to Crownsync (#120) for the report.
• Arrows that land on lowered blocks now rest on the drawn surface and despawn normally, instead of hanging in the air with their despawn timer repeatedly reset. Thanks to bluegamer1166 (#121) for the report and screenshot.

Behavior was checked in-game on Minecraft 26.2 with dispenser-fired arrows on vanilla leaves and stone. The reporter's Soft Leaves setup remains unverified.
