* Config Update *

- Added a in game config GUI with generals options

- Added a GUI for world customization :

    - Change the sizes of biomes

    - Tweak the biomes occurence in the world for each biomes (even BOP if installed and compatibility enabled in config)

    - Change the Ores generation settings (rarity, min & max height, cluster sizes...) for each vanilla ores exept emerald (for the time being)

    - If BOP is installed and is enabled in config you will have also the standard BOP features config GUI for enable and disable those features.

- Each of those world customizations can be changed in the corresponding config files

- Currently change the configuration file will change the values in the world customization GUI but the reverse do not work (will be corrected soon).

*BugFix*

 - Fixed starting inventory not given even if enabled
