Skyboxify 1.20.1 Fabric Backport

An unofficial community backport of Skyboxify / OptiBoxes for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Fabric. It is independent from and not endorsed by the upstream maintainers.

Installation

Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 1.20.1 and Fabric API. Mod Menu is optional. Add a compatible OptiFine/MCPatcher sky resource pack, enable it in Resource Packs, and use the normal F3+T reload after changing packs.

Testing and limitations

Smoke-tested in a Minecraft 1.20.1 client with Fabric Loader 0.16.14, Fabric API 0.92.2+1.20.1, and Mod Menu 7.2.2. A six-color cubemap test pack was detected and rendered in a new world, persisted after F3+T reload, and appeared in /optiboxes debug. The configuration screen also opened and closed successfully. This smoke test does not certify every resource pack, Iris, shader packs, or compatibility with other rendering mods.
