What's new

SkyBlock Simplified — 1.0.0-beta.11

Requires Minecraft 26.2 with Fabric. Client-side only; nothing is installed on a server.

28 changes since beta 10. The biggest: Crystal Hollows tools - a drawn map of the Hollows, a Nucleus Run profit tracker, a mining event timer and a reminder before your lobby closes to warps; HotM upgrade reminders; SBS Wardrobe for your Armor Sets; the Experimentation Table helpers fixed, with Superpairs now pointing at pairs; a Melody's Harp helper; and your own player can be made see-through in third person.

What's new in beta 11

Released 2026-10-04 — 28 changes

Own Player Transparency: see through your own player in third person

A new switch in the Third Person settings draws your own player see-through, so you can see what is behind you. Body, armour, cape, elytra and the item in your hand fade together; Opacity sets how solid you are, from 10 % to 100 % in steps of 5 (100 % looks exactly like off). Your nametag stays as it is, enchanted armour loses its glint while faded, and by default it only applies in third person. Only your own player in the world fades - the inventory model and the Loadout previews stay solid, and nobody else sees a difference. Off by default; not yet tried in game. 2026-10-04

Experimentation Table helpers fixed, and Superpairs now points at pairs

Rebuilt from a recording of real games. Ultrasequencer no longer drops out mid-round (the timer was being read as a tile) and shows from round 1. Chronomatron no longer counts the echo of your last click as the first flash of the next round, which shifted or silenced every other round. Both show their hints only once you can click, with an optional "GO" and a short flash of the board when input starts (Start Cue, on by default), and Chronomatron colours the buttons by order - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and later, each colour settable (default green, yellow, red). Superpairs now outlines the card that matches the one you just turned, or a pair you already know both halves of; cards that share a name but differ (another dye, another enchant) are never paired, power-ups such as Instant Find and "Gained +3 Clicks" are left out, and it keeps its memory for the whole game, Instant Find included. Remembered cards are drawn on a dark backing above the cover. Block Misclicks now starts switched off for new installs, and with it off the helpers never stop showing hints. Not yet tried in game after these changes. 2026-10-04

Melody's Harp helper: the next notes, and when to click

On a Melody's Harp board the upcoming notes are outlined, brighter the closer they are, and the hit slot of a lane fills a moment before its note arrives - early by your ping and your reaction time, so your click lands on time. Ping is measured automatically while the harp is open (or set by hand); reaction time defaults to 250 ms and can be changed. The row a click counts in has been confirmed in game (the terracotta row), so there is no setting for it. Display only: it never clicks for you. Settings in the Experimentation module. 2026-10-04

Diana and Crystal Hollows map markers show outside developer mode

Diana's burrow, guess and creature markers, and the target picked on the Crystal Hollows map, were only drawn with developer mode on - for everyone else the toolkit found them but nothing appeared in the world. They now show for everybody. 2026-10-04

Consumable Timers: how long your potions, cookie and other buffs have left

The Active Buffs module can now keep one timer per active consumable - God Potion, Booster Cookie, mixins, potions and anything else the game announces with "expires in" - on a HUD card, each counted the way it really runs down (potions only while you are online, the cookie in real time). It reads the tab list footer, chat and, optionally, the Active Effects menu you open, and can warn you before something runs out and when it has. Off by default. 2026-10-02

No name drawn over the Loadout preview model

The player model on the Equipped Loadout card, in the Loadouts overlay and in the Armor Sets preview could show your name in large letters across the card, cut off at its edge - mostly near the world spawn. Preview models never show a name now; other players' nametags and your own in third person are unchanged. 2026-10-03

Fixed a freeze after digging the first Diana burrow with Arrow Guess on

Fixed a freeze after digging the first Diana burrow with Arrow Guess on. Reading the arrow no longer happens once per particle, and it has a fixed cost however busy the Hub is. If no arrow turns up in the few seconds after a dig, Arrow Guess stops looking until you dig the next burrow. If the game still hitches twice inside the Diana tracker, Arrow Guess turns itself off for the session and tells you in chat; /sbs devlog diana rearm turns it back on. 2026-10-03

Crystal Hollows Map: a drawn plan of the Hollows, from where you have been

/sbs chmap (or a key you bind in the SkyBlock Map settings) opens a plan of the Crystal Hollows: the four quadrants, the Nucleus and Magma Fields as coloured areas, the ground you have walked, the structures you have walked into this lobby and markers you place yourself with /sbs chmap mark <name>. A list beside it says for every structure where it is or that it has not been reported yet. Click one to put a marker on it in the world and an arrow on your screen pointing the way - no route, you walk there yourself. Nothing on the map is read from the terrain: it is drawn from the scoreboard and your own position, plus what other SBS players shared if you switched on structure sharing. An optional minimap shows the same around you. Your markers never leave your PC. The quadrant layout is an estimate until it has been checked in game; the map's footer shows what the scoreboard says next to it. 2026-10-03

Mole reminder for Crystal Nucleus runs

The Nucleus Run Profit Tracker now reminds you when the Mole is not your active pet: once when you reach the Crystal Nucleus with a crystal to place (or find your fifth), and at every crystal you place after that - urgently at 4/5, because the next crystal opens the loot bundle and the Mole can add one extra item to it. If the mod cannot tell which pet you have out, it asks you to check once per run instead of at every crystal. An optional line tells a Mole below level 100 its chance. On by default inside the tracker, which itself still starts switched off; not yet tried in game. 2026-10-03

Jungle Temple Cheese Waypoint: a marker on the known cheese spot, from the guardian you are facing

On a Crystal Nucleus run, once you are standing at the Jungle Temple door with the Kalhuiki Door Guardian in front of you, a "Temple Cheese" marker with its distance appears at a fixed offset from the guardian - 29 east, 32 down, 48 south - the spot players otherwise work out with coordinates by hand. Nothing is searched for: no guardian in view, no marker. It goes away once you have the Amethyst, the run ends or you change lobby. The offset has not been checked in game yet, so the marker says "offset estimated" and the setting starts switched off (Skills > Mining, Nucleus Run Profit Tracker page). 2026-10-03

Treasure chest counter no longer counts Crystal Nucleus loot bundles

With the treasure chest counter on, every Crystal Nucleus loot bundle you claimed was added to your chests opened, because its reward list looks like a chest's. Bundles are now left out, and the counter only counts a chest when Hypixel says it was lockpicked or collected. The chest's chat lines have now been checked against real game messages; the outline and lockpick marker still have not been checked in game, and all three settings still start switched off. 2026-10-03

HotM Upgrade Reminder: know when a perk you want can be levelled

Pick the Heart of the Mountain perks you care about on the Mining Helpers page, and SBS tells you the moment your powder covers the next level - "HotM: Efficient Miner 55 affordable (35,098 Mithril)". It uses the costs the HotM menu showed you the last time you opened it, so after a tier-up it asks you to open /hotm again instead of guessing. Also: a short "3 upgrades affordable" note at most every 10 minutes, a reminder when you arrive on a mining island with unspent Tokens of the Mountain, and in the HotM menu a green outline on every perk you can level right now and a gold corner on the ones you watch. An optional key (unbound by default) marks the perk under your mouse as watched. Nothing in the menu is ever clicked for you. A small "HotM: 3 affordable · 2 tokens" line can be switched on for mining islands. 2026-10-03

Share Crystal Hollows structures with other SBS players

A new switch on the SkyBlock Map page: once you walk into a Jungle Temple, the Mines of Divan or another Crystal Hollows structure, other SBS players in the same lobby get a waypoint to it, and you get theirs. Only places a player has actually walked into are shared, found by the area name on their own scoreboard. A structure only one player has reported is drawn fainter and marked unconfirmed. It is off by default and needs your permission under Licence Token → Privacy & data, because it connects to the SBS server. What it sends is the lobby id, which structure and where. It never sends your name, UUID or chat. The server for it is not running yet, so for now switching it on connects to nothing.

Reminder before a Crystal Hollows lobby closes to warps

From day 19 nobody can warp into a Crystal Hollows lobby any more, your party included - and you cannot get back in once you leave. Reminders now tell you when you join a lobby close to that day, when the warning time starts (a Minecraft day ahead by default) and on the day itself, each with how many real minutes are left - measured, so a lagging lobby gets an honest number. A new Lobby Day card on the Crystal Hollows shows the day as F3 does (Day 17.4 · closes in ~32 min), turning yellow, orange and then red. Optional, off by default: past the cutoff, a typed /warp, /hub, /is or similar asks you to send it again before it takes you out. The day, the warning time and each part can be changed under Reminders.

Nucleus Run Profit Tracker: what each Crystal Nucleus run earned, and all of them together

A new card for the Crystal Hollows shows the run you are on - time spent in the Hollows, which of the five crystals you have found and placed - and what it has earned so far. When the fifth crystal goes in, the loot bundle is priced at the Bazaar (or lowest BIN), the Jungle Keys, Goblin Eggs, robot parts and Wishing Compasses you used up are taken off, and a short summary appears in your chat. The card keeps your last run, your average per run, per hour and the total over every run, per profile - "Nucleus" for the bundle alone, "Run total" with the chest loot on the way included. Items with no price are counted as zero and named, never guessed. It only reads chat and your inventory; it never opens, clicks or claims anything. Off by default (Skills > Mining) until it has been tried on a real run.

Mining Event Timer: what is on in your mining lobby, and when the next one starts

A new Mining Events card in the Dwarven Mines and the Crystal Hollows shows the event running in your lobby - 2x Powder, Gone with the Wind, Better Together, Goblin Raid, Raffle or Mithril Gourmand - and how long it has left, plus when the next one starts. The next start always says how sure it is: KNOWN when the game has just announced it, ESTIMATED once SBS has watched enough events in that island to give a window ("Next: 4-6m"), and UNKNOWN until then - it never makes up a time. An alert tells you when 2x Powder starts; alerts for the other events, for an event ending in a minute, for the next one being close and for the Powder Ghast are on the Mining Event Timer page. It only shows information and never warps or changes lobby for you. 2026-10-03

Equipped Loadout card stays on your real armour

Once SBS has seen which loadout you are wearing this session - you opened Loadouts, equipped one from the overlay, or simply wore its set - the Equipped Loadout card shows the armour on your body and never says "changed", even after switching servers. The saved card from last session only shows after a restart, until that first check, and no longer appears with gaps: a loadout that lost its helmet takes it from your body, and its equipment from your last Equipment menu visit. Animated dyes such as Black Ice no longer make SBS rewrite its loadout save every second. 2026-10-02

Record a Diana session for us: /sbs devlog diana

A recording switch for anyone helping fix the Diana helper. While it is on, SBS writes down what the server sends and what you do during the Mythological Ritual - sounds, particles, mobs, chat, your clicks and where you stand - to a file in config/sbs/probe/diana/. Run the same command again to stop. /sbs devlog diana mark <text> adds a note at the moment something happens ("dug a burrow", "wrong guess here"). It only records, never plays for you, and it is off again after a restart. The file contains chat and other players' names, so send it only to the SBS team. 2026-10-02

Diana counts a dig on the burrow you actually dug

The Diana toolkit treated a right click on the ground with your spade - the Echo ability - as digging that block, and never noticed the left click that really digs a burrow. Dig messages were attached to the wrong spot as a result. A dig is now read from the left click on a burrow, and Echo only from the right click. 2026-10-02

SBS Wardrobe: your Armor Sets in one grid

Opening Armor Sets (the chestplate slot in Loadouts) now shows SBS Wardrobe: every set from all three pages at once, nine to a row, each on an armour stand with its four pieces beside it. The set you wear is green and bracketed, and every piece shows its real tooltip. Click a set to equip it. For a set on another page the first click turns the menu to that page, and the second equips it. Pages you have not opened this session still show, with how long ago they were seen. Show Hypixel menu hides the grid for that visit. Turn it off with SBS Wardrobe View. 2026-10-03

No more Fairy Soul markers where there is no soul

Fairy Souls no longer shows a "Fairy Soul? (seen, unconfirmed)" box on Private Islands or the Garden

  • a decoration seen on one player's island was being shown on everyone's. On islands without a known soul list, a soul it spots is only marked once you have actually collected or touched it there, and a spot you click that turns out not to be a soul is forgotten. 2026-10-02

Routes through gaps you can sneak through

Pathfinding now knows you can crouch through a gap 1.5 blocks high - under a slab, or standing on a slab under a block - and routes through it when that saves real distance. Those parts of the route are drawn in amber with "Sneak" where they start. Turn it off with Allow Sneak Gaps in the pathfinding settings. Slabs and carpets under a low ceiling are also measured more accurately, so some spots that used to be refused are walkable now. 2026-10-02

Century Cake buffs on the HUD

A new card lists your active Century Cake buffs and when each one runs out - as one line ("19 cakes

  • next ends in 47h 12m") or one row per stat. SBS picks them up when you eat a cake and keeps them across restarts. You can also get a warning a set number of hours before the first one runs out. Both are on the Active Buffs page. 2026-10-01

Farming session summary

When you stop farming - leave the Garden, or break no crop for 10 minutes - SBS shows what the session got you: farming time, crops per crop, crop coins, pest kills and loot, rare drops, total coins and coins per hour, each next to your previous session, plus a history of your last 10. Open it any time with /sbs farming. Crops need the Collection widget in your tab list (/widgets). Settings are under Garden Helpers. 2026-10-01

Equipped Loadout card no longer forgets your loadout after a server switch

Switching servers or islands could make SBS save your loadouts with the loadout item and helmet missing, and after the next restart the Equipped Loadout card showed your bare armour until you opened the Loadouts menu. Those saves keep everything now, and the card shows your loadout's number, name, armour and pet even when part of its saved data is missing. 2026-10-01

Equipment Sets no longer replaces your equipment column

Opening an Equipment Sets page used to overwrite the necklace, cloak, belt and gloves shown beside your armour with whatever that page held. Only the Stats & Equipment menu updates them now. With nothing captured yet, hovering the column tells you to open Stats & Equipment. 2026-10-01

Diana can no longer crash the game

A tester's game crashed when digging the first burrow of a chain. The cause has not been found, but an error anywhere in the Diana toolkit is now caught and the game keeps running. The Diana helper then switches itself off for the session (all of it, so it never keeps drawing from a half-broken state), saves what happened to a file in config/sbs/probe/diana/ and tells you in chat where it is. /sbs devlog diana rearm or /sbs diana clear turns it back on; so does restarting. Please send us that file. 2026-10-01, updated 2026-10-02

Your slayer RNG meter on the Slayer card

The Slayer session card now shows your RNG meter for the slayer you are doing: the drop you selected, a progress bar, how much XP the last boss and this session added, roughly how many bosses are left, and what the drop sells for. Open the Slayer menu once so SBS learns your meter's goal; after that every boss updates it from chat. Saved per profile. 2026-10-01
