Combines previous release of Skulls and Monkeys and the additional mod file, Skulls Extras.  It adds new creatures, NPCs, armour, weapons and items, with many custom sounds.  It also solves previous incompatibility issues with silver and bananas.  It features jungle monkeys, evil mystical monkeys and the heroic Banana Jones.
