What's new

Initial 1.17(.1) release for Fabric.

This is a fork out of my First person mod, where this feature broke from 1.16-> 1.17.

Fixed issues compared to the 1.16 First person mod:

- The layers are now correctly linked with the body and won't slightly desync when for example the arm moves

- Thin arms (3pixel wide) now don't have the 3d layer sticking out that far compared to 4pixel arms
