Fixed issue #15, with the false trigger of the block placement

Also added a new condition to check equipped items, this can be used to check armour slots

Added NBT arguments to all the item conditions as well as to the icons, this means that you can check for enchantment or tags or specific names or lore (this will eventually lead to custom items through loot, which you will have to 'research' to understand before unlocking their abilities)
