Skeletal Remains [Forge & Fabric]

Changes:
-Every type of skeleton has received a increased spawn rate
-The mod now possesses a Config file, where you can change spawn weight, minimal spawn and max spawn for every skeleton.

To do:

-Finish Implementing the Forsaken Skeleton, It's in the mod, just doesn't spawn yet.
