Sipher 0.2.0

Captions for talking NPCs.

New

• Captions for NPCs and other entities. Server mods can now show captions for any entity, for example villagers that talk back in They Will Talk. They appear as a bubble above the entity and as a line in the transcript, translated into your reading language just like other players' captions.
• The transcript shows the name of whoever is speaking, player or not.

For mod developers

• New server-side API: io.github.eiriksb.sipher.api.SipherCaptions.show(entity, line, partial, language, text, english, listeners). It only sends to players who have Sipher, and like PlayerCaptionEvent it stays compatible within a major version.

Compatibility

• Clients and servers on 0.1.0 and 0.2.0 can play together. A 0.1.0 client shows NPC captions in the transcript only, without a bubble.
• No changes to language packs: installed packs keep working and nothing new needs downloading.
