Made meta a defined part of the config, instead of being implied from position in the array. Existing configs will auto create meta entries based on position in the array as to not break existing configs.
After fixing, the Data Fix Marker will be set to 1. Setting it back to 0 will cause the fixer to run back over the array, if you want it to auto gen meta entries or something.
