Lead ropes are not useable yet, but will be once horse entities are added later in development.
Also not useable yet, but once horses are added, a grooming system will be introduced.

I'm sorry to say that this mod is dead. It is on the back burner. I can't keep up with it's dev as one person, so therefore I'm not going to. I'm joining another horse mod's team called SWEM. Please go check them out. There community is amazing, and everyone is very kind.
