Simplifier

news:

• Mob Capture Crate (Configurable!)
• Protection IV (enchanted book), can be applied to elytra
• ItemFrame hit area size can be configured in config (default: 0.75, max: 1.0) (need to remove and place back item frames for the change to take effect)

fixes:

• six eyes button not disapearing when book recipe is closed
• six eyes block logic not working properly 100% of the time
• Hopper recipe not working properly
• Recipe items getter bringing a lot of extra items, now it brings only the items that are needed for the recipe already displayed in the recipe ghost slots
• DeadPlayer not working if you died in nether or end, now it works in all dimensions (1st tentative)
