Simpler life

We’ve all encountered annoying things in Minecraft—whether they’re minor nuisances or outdated mechanics. The *Simpler Life* mod fixes (or plans to fix) these issues. Here is what we have addressed so far:

- Mining an Ender Chest with any pickaxe now drops the chest itself rather than obsidian; Silk Touch is no longer required!

- Horses now navigate through leaf blocks much more easily (requires one empty block of clearance beneath the leaves and no block obstructing the entry point).

- When Elytra durability drops below 20, they emit a sound and particles to warn the player before they break.

- The mod reveals all hidden enchantments at the Enchanting Table.

- Feeding a bat a fruit or berry allows it to lead the player to the cave exit.

- Surrounding an apple with 8 Chorus Fruit creates a Chorus Apple, granting a "Keep Inventory" effect for 99 minutes.

- The spawn chance for an Eye of Ender in the portal frame has been increased from 10% to 75%.

- Villagers are prevented from sleeping in the same bed currently occupied by the player.

- Adds Mojang's experimental trading system.

- Adds Netherite versions of the Trident, Crossbow, Mace, Shield, and Bow. These items are fireproof (immune to lava) and have 50% higher durability than their standard counterparts. The Netherite Hammer deals increased damage (raised from 6 to 6.5). The Netherite shield has a 20% shorter cooldown

-A dog will teleport to the player even when they are in water.

-For a parrot to get off the player's shoulder, the player must not only drop down a height of one block but also hold down the Shift key.

-A Wither Skeleton skull can be obtained from a Wither Skeleton with a 10% chance; it can also be found in Piglin Bastions and in a new secret room within Nether Fortresses, located beneath the lava well.
