What's new
- Adds variance to snow and rain particles to add some additional ambience & immersion
- Fixes the ground particles during the rain. Should no longer play "double". This was an artifact of porting to 1.21.3
- Internal changes to make building a new version simpler.
- Separates development environment out from the XyCraft. This should have no relevance to the end performance of the mod.
