What's new
Updates to 1.21.3 Minecraft. Do note, that this is rather untested outside of loading a new world and making it rain/snow. There may be some compatibility issues that will be addressed in a future update given Minecraft changed how weather works.
In other words, this should work fine and dandy on its own or with other content mods, perhaps not so well with other mods also messing with weather.
