Simple Usage Log

Log server usage simply and independently. Logs server start and stop, and player login and out. The log file Simple Usage Log.txt is located in the server main folder.

Updated this for the newest versions of minecraft.  (did not update this for mc1.7.10 or 1.8)

Simplified the log files even further.

Added /log commands for operators (ops)
      /log                                    - displays up to 90 of the last log enties in chat
     /log <number of lines>       - displays that many lines of the log in chat
    /log <playername>                   - displays up to 90 last lines of the log that are about that player
   /log <any text comment longer than 1 word>          - adds this comment into the log file

The /log command is compatible with using it in the console but the forge system inserts the date and time and mod id in front of every line at the moment making it usable but hard to read in the console.    I did notice that when reading the console information in MultiMC that the window could be widened and that straightened the whole display out nicely.

These have been successfully tested in servers and singleplayer for Minecraft versions 1.9.4  1.10.2  1.11.2   and  1.12.2
