Simple Tasty Food

New version changes how most of the mod works. But it should still be compatible with the old values. If this mod is installed on the server, this is a very recommended update.

- added support for server-client custom values sync during login;
- changed internal logic to support food with multiple parts;
- added support for all cakes with "Bites" integer property (modded cakes foodValue should be provided in the custom food values file);
- added more API events;
- divided config into server/client parts;
- added some localized text;
- fixed some errors and bugs;
