Please delete the SimpleSponge.toml config file and let the mod regerate a new file since a lot of stuff has changed internally!

- Tweaked values for various different Sponges:
- Regular Sponge On A Stick durability: 256 -> 512
- Magmatic Sponge On A Stick durability: 256 -> 1024
- Compressed Sponge On A Stick durability: 256 x 9 -> 512 x 9
- Compressed Magmatic Sponge On A Stick durability: 256 x 9 -> 1024 x 9
- Magmatic Sponge and Magmatic Sponge On A Stick default range: 3 (7 x 7 x 7) -> 5 (11 x 11 x 11)
- Compressed Magmatic Sponge On A Stick default range: 3 x 2 (13 x 13 x 13) -> 5 x 2 (21 x 21 x 21)
- Energized Sponge On A Stick default per right click energy use: 100 FE -> 1000 FE
- Removed the config options to set the durability for all Sponge On A Sticks as this is no longer possible with the way items are registered on 1.13+
- Added a shapless recipe for upgrading a regular Sponge On A Stick to a Magmatic one without needing to make a Magmatic Sponge
