Simple Snowy Fix

In vanilla, snow does not generate under trees and rarely wont generate on the leaves of trees. This very simple mod fixes both of these issues at once. No dependencies, no config, just drop it in and it works. It works out of the box with worldgen mods that add new snowy biomes as well.

NOTE: This may conflict with mods that implement their trees with custom feature types/with structures.
