What's new
-Added 3 minigames (Spleef, CTF, Domination)
-Added a way to tax players on their claims (with an attempt to prevent cheating that system)
-Added an extensive gui tool to create and edit the minigames.
-Minigames can reward players with in game currency, items, or special permissions/key's
-Rewards will be sended to the players by mail (yes ingame mail)
