Added a config option for what to do when the player dies

Max health from levels should work better with attribute modifiers now

Max Attack config is now in the 'player' category and properly named 'MaxAttack'

Mod name in mcmod.info corrected to 'Simple RPG' (1.11 and 1.12 only)
