Simple Portals (A Simple Dimensions Addon)

Install along side Lumien's Simple Dimensions and add a few lines in the config and you're all set!

To create a portal first define it in the config file.  Simply supply a block name for the frame and a dimension ID.  Here's a small example:

Once you've done that all you have to do is build a portal frame (maximum 15x15 interior) and right click the TOP of one of the BOTTOM blocks with the handy dandy Portal Wand (available only via the Tools creative tab) and you should see your fancy new portal open.  If nothing happens then you should make sure that there's nothing obstructing the center of your portal.

Once you have a functioning portal you will see a message informing you that you must sneak through the portal.  Be warned that this mod is NOT for use in survival or single player.  It is meant to be a survival utility for creating hubs with Simple Dimensions.  Using a portal will take you to the exact same coordinates in the new dimension.  A secondary portal will NOT be created in the new dimension and a new dimension will NOT be created simply by making a portal.  You must first set up a dimension by using the "/simpledimensions create" command provided by Simple Dimensions.  If you find that you are stuck in a dimension with no portal your options are simple: use "/tpd 0" or register a new portal that will take you to the overworld (ex: minecraft:cobblestone=0 in the config file)

This mod was made in a few hours so I make no promises that it's bug free.  If anything particularly nasty appears I will make my attempts to squash it, and I will refine the code as needed but the mod is mostly presented as is.  Don't expect new features or major changes!
