Simple Orbital Strikes

Summon orbital strikes from the sky using fishing rods. Inspired by Wemmbu's Unstable SMP videos. Runs on Fabric, Quilt, and Neoforge.

Supports 1.21 through 1.21.11 and 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2.

Stab shot drops a full column of TNT from max height straight down to bedrock.

Nuke shot spawns expanding rings of TNT high above the target, which spread outward across a massive area.

Each rod is single use and breaks after firing. There's a 1 second delay before the strike lands.

Works on dedicated servers and in singleplayer.

Commands (requires OP level 2)

/orbitalstrike stab
/orbitalstrike nuke
/orbitalstrike stab 5
/orbitalstrike nuke 10

Run the command to get a rod, then right click wherever you want it to hit. The number at the end is optional and gives you multiple rods at once, up to 64.
