This is a serverside utility that adds a "MOTD", or "Message of the day" to your server upon people connecting to it, of which can be configured by game operators.
This enables server operators to do things like show news to people, ongoing events, known issues, etc, without needing to manually tell everyone about it, or rely on external tools like an IRC chat.
This message is displayed in the user's chat when they connect, like any other message. it is shown every time they connect.
To use:
Throw on your server, run /motd. the autocomplete should be sufficient
This is a serverside mod, clients do not need it, but don't suffer if it is installed.
If you have any questions, you are advised to figure it out yourself. I don't know if color codes are supported, as I have not tested it or care to test. if there are any issues, you may place it here, and I'll likely ignore it if it's dumb.
