why?
- i was looking for mods that have more simple and easy to make weapons with no complexity and just adding more variety to the sword and no need for complex crafts to result in not good weapons. i found a few mods however, they have more than i was looking for (things you would probably never use) so i decided to make this mod with more focus on vanilla materials and more reliable equipment for combat besides the sword and axe.
about the mod.
- a greater variety of weapons besides the sword with different attack speeds and damage. it is currently under development and I plan to add more content.
mod's current weapons:
- includes all types of wood, stone, iron and gold.
cleaver 
- 0.8 attack speed with the highest damage of the 2x2. a good weapon and substitute for the axe if you like to use it!
mace 
- 1.0 attack speed with similar damage to cleaver. A slightly faster option and so simple to make, it can be a great option against strong mobs or players.
machete 
- 1.2 attack speed with increased sword damage. can be very useful at the start of a world or to deal with players with weak armor.
Club 
- 1.4 attack speed with moderately higher damage than the sword. it's a bit more expensive to make with +1 material cost, but it's more durable than the sword. very good for exploration and as a great attack or defense weapon!
Bat 
- 1.8 attack speed with slightly lower damage than the sword. interesting for striking fast targets or light pvp as well as being simpler and cheaper to make.
It is recommended to use JEI to view the weapon recipes.
