The Simple Money mod allows players to create their own economy.
Includes 6 uncraftable bills that can be used as currency on servers
How do I get those bills?:
They are only obtainable via the creative menu, in the Miscellianous tab, or via the give command. This allows server admins to have a bit of control over it, so that players don't crash the economy by mass producing bills
