Tin update part 1 (Mod version 1.0.5):
- Added Strengthened Stick (it is used to craft the Ore Detector)
- Added simple Ore Detector (it detects only vanilla ores for now including nether ones except Ancient Debris)
- Decreased number of Tin veins in one chunk from 8 to 6

I will make ore detector find mod ores in the next update, also strengthened stick will have more uses in the future.
