Simple Mail

Fixed:
Custom sender name input no longer broadcasts to chat or Discord.
Player skulls now display correctly in player selection GUI.

Added:
Read-only mail viewing system for OPs using /mail [player]
Real-time mail notifications when players receive mail while online
Message logging logs players send messages via mail to /logs/Simple Mail/ (enable/disable in config)

Mail Message System: Players can now attach text messages to mail packages
Click "Add Message" book button in send mail menu
Type message in chat (supports color codes with &)
Message appears in tooltip when hovering over the book in received mail

Message Permissions: Config options to control who can send messages
ENABLE_MAIL_MESSAGES - Enable/disable message feature entirely
ALLOW_NON_OP_MESSAGES - Allow non-OP players to send message
