Big rewrite!

• Introduction of a 4th slot in ice cream recipes, all ice creams now cost more but in exchange of better food value!
• Ice Cream Recipes are now entierly data-driven
• JEED compat for Levitation Immunity
• Fuel value per redstone is now configurable
• Ice Cream Machine fuel is now tag-driven
• Sand Ice Cream is no longer made using the Ice Cream Machine
• Ice Cream Machine is now cheaper, made with 4 iron and 2 snowballs
• Full removal of the long lore descriptions
• Fix of Ice creams having loads of typos in their IDs
• Huge code optimization for ice cream effects

Note: this isn't the end, a huge rework of the entire ice cream mechanic with customizable effects and brain freeze will come out at some point, but you will need to be patient!
