Simple Ice Caves

This Mod is pretty simple and is a somewhat accurate, yet still custom backport for the upcoming Ice Caves, and it adds: Ice Caves, which are caves that generate under cold biomes in the Overworld and play creative-only music to complement the breathtaking views; Ice Mines, a custom abandoned mineshaft that generates in cold biomes, in addition to ice caves; and an Ice Shard, a throwable item that does both damage and knockback and is really fun to PvP with. Also Added, is the freezing effect, which lowers your max health over time.
