# Simple Home Command MOD

A clean, server-plugin style `/home` command mod for Minecraft! 
This mod allows players to set, manage, and teleport to their own home points.

サーバープラグインのような多機能 `/home` コマンドを追加するシンプルで便利なMODです！
プレイヤーごとに個別でホームポイントを永続保存できます。

📜 Commands / コマンド一覧

• /home set

  • Sets your home point at your current location.

  • 現在地にホームポイントを設定します。

• /home tp

  • Teleports you to your saved home point.

  • 設定したホームポイントへテレポートします。

• /home list

  • Displays your currently saved home coordinates (X, Y, Z) in chat.

  • チャット欄に保存されているホーム座標（X, Y, Z）を表示します。

• /home replace

  • Overwrites your existing home point with your current location.

  • 現在地にホームポイントを上書き保存します。

• /home delete

  • Deletes your saved home point.

  • 保存されているホームポイントを削除します。

✨ Features / 特徴

• Per-Player Storage: Each player gets their own separate home point. (プレイヤーごとに個別の座標が独立して保存されます)

• Persists Across Sessions: Saved locations will remain even if you re-log or restart the server. (ワールドを閉じたりサーバーを再起動してもホーム座標は保持されます)

• Error Prevention: Clear notification messages when trying to teleport without setting a home first. (未設定時のテレポート防止など、親切な通知メッセージを搭載)
