Simple Hats: Acquired Taste

Added admin only command '/at give *username* *hat* *amount* ' to allow admins to award specific players hats straight into their catalogue, max amount of hats that can be given in a command is 64 but catalogues can store more than 64 of a single hat, this is to prevent save bloating by typing in give hat 100000000000 lmao

added player command /at view *username* which allows any player to view any players hat catalogue to see other's collections, allows viewing players catalogue that are offline as well, auto suggests users if they're online

edits to some UI elements such as making the Equip/Store/Withdraw row below the hat 1/2/3 controls narrower to make them more distinct

fixed some tooltips and the delay to them appearing has been adjusted

fixed the hat qty number in the catalogue, used to appear behind the hat now it appears over the hat like all minecraft items do in the inventory.

compatible with Simple Hats on Hats V.1.5.6 but not required
