Ever get tired of animal mobs that don't do anything? Well no more! Simple Galapagos adds 8 animals from the Galapagos Islands into Minecraft. Each animal has their own behaviors that makes them just fun to watch, meaning this mod is great for any zoo builders!

Animal Behaviors

Hooked Slipper Snail

.Spawns underwater

.Many different shell variants

.Can only be damaged by pickaxes (excluding wooden)

.Has a chance to drop nautilus shells upon death

Blue Footed Boobie Bird

.Spawns on beaches and stony shores

.Will lay eggs that spawn baby boobie birds after it is incubated

.Drops Blue Footed Boobie Foot which is a crafting compenant for Galapagos Stew

.Incubates eggs

.Will swarm players they see as a threat

Galapagos Penguin

.Spawns in stony shores and beaches

.Dives into water for Cod

.Will preen themselves and chirp occasionally

.Will grant dolphins grace on their next hunt if you feed them Cod or Tropical Fish

Lava Lizard

.Spawns in beaches, stony shores and plains

.Will do pushups at eachother to display dominance

.Eats insects off of marine iguanas

.Drops Lava Lizard Tail which can be used for brewing a fire resistance potion

Sally Lightfoot Crab

.Spawns in beaches and stony shores

.Eats scrap food items dropped on the ground

.Becomes overwhelmed when it has too many food options

.Can be tamed with tropical fish and will shoot water at targets

.Eats parasites off of marine iguanas

Galapagos Racer Snake

.Spawns in beaches, stony shores and plains

.Eats baby boobie birds, lava lizards and baby marine iguana

.Wraps around baby marine iguanas for digestion

.Comes in two different morphs

.Drops Racer Snake Fangs which can be used for brewing a poison potion

Galapagos Tortoise

.Spawns in plains and sparse jungle

.Tramples shubbery in it's path

.Will occasionally fertalize plants in an area

.Eats grass

.Can be ridden by feeding it a cactus block

Marine Iguanas

.Spawns in beaches and stony shores

.Will headbutt eachother for dominance

.Sneezes sea salt

.Buries eggs in sand, gravel and stone

.Will bask in the sun

.Drops scales that can be brewed into a water breathing potion
