Simple Enchanting v2.1.0

  • Reduced the default anvil cost for combining non-repair item pairs (enchantment merging) from a flat 5 levels to 3
  • Added a new config option, `combineCost` (range 0-10, default 3), so this cost is now adjustable instead of hardcoded
