Simple Dice Roll

Simple addon to /roll a dice. Default max is 100, but /roll accepts a number to be used as a max.
This is a very simple mod I needed, and since there is no other option up to 1.20.1, this is my version.
Simple Dice Roll is for fabric 1.20.1
Works both on client and server. If server, doesn't need to be installed on client.
