Simple Better Mob AI

adds a more caotic ai but not as performance heavy as other mods, but still with a lot of config options.

Leaping mobs
Sprinting mobs
Charge mobs (they run in straight line to you, hitting you if they touch you)
Climbing zombies (or every mobs if you want to)
Block breaker
Capable of dodging your arrows

and I'm planning to add more in the future.

also, you can add a modded mob and give him the mechanics you wan't, you can give them some, or everything. I think that a climbing mutant zombie and a dragon that charges at you would be amazing but I haven't tested it.
