Active beacons grant Flight alongside their selected buffs, allowing players to fly like in Creative Mode.

Description
Simple Beacon Flight adds a new Flight effect that allows players to fly similarly to Creative Mode.
The effect is applied automatically by active beacons alongside their normal selected buffs. As long as players remain within the beacon’s range and the beacon is applying effects, they will also receive Flight.
The effect can also be applied manually using the /effect command.
