It's pretty straight forward
This mod removes silverfish. Spawner will no longer work, they will not spawn naturally, Trying to destroy an infested block will cause it to be removed without spawning.
Spawn Eggs and the /summon command still works
At this point already existing silverfish mobs will not be removed, that is being worked on
