A small mod that I finally got around to implementing. I'm aware that this has already been done, but was unable to find an up-to-date forge version. So here you go.
May add extended configuration options in the future, as well as some more related features (craftable spawners and spawn eggs perhaps?), but you'll obviously be able to turn them off if you don't want them.
